Valour GmbH – About Leading

We develop effective leading: be it leading yourself, leading others or leading a business. To us leading stands for a consciously managed process: leading means to challenge, to develop and to change. Hence, leading is not a synonym for power or arbitrariness but for courage and valour.

Credo

Each human being can and will change his behaviour (think, speak, act) if he understands the need for and the benefit of such a change. However, he often is challenged by experiences or fears. He will resist change – courage is draining away from him. He does not feel ready to change. So changing his perspective may open new ways to overcome old thinking patterns that justified resistance. A cooperative discourse is one of the most important methods to foster change.
